We have just started a joint venture with <\/span>Hutchinson & Co <\/strong>to<\/span> <\/strong>help us with the many workload of USA and Canada clients buying property in other parts of the world.<\/span><\/p>\n

About Hutchinson & Co<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hutchinson & Co<\/strong> was founded by Peter Hutchinson (Company Chairman) in 1985 to act as Collection Agent for a single Vacation Ownership resort in Portugal. More resorts soon came on-board and as the company grew, Peter formed Hutchinson & Co Limited in 1987, followed by Hutchinson & Co Trust Company Limited (<\/span>Hutchinson<\/strong>) in 1990.<\/span><\/p>\n

The company is widely recognised as an industry leader for providing whole and co-owned property ownership client services and has expanded to include a wide range of other trustee services within its portfolio. <\/span>Hutchinson<\/strong> provides services worldwide from its offices in Europe, China, Thailand and India.<\/span><\/p>\n
